Properties Built Before 1980 Qualify (And many after that date do as well)

Any properties built before 1980 apply for Green Financing because their windows, mechanical systems, light fixtures, and other infrastructure are outdated and more than likely, energy inefficient. With Green Advantage, borrowers benefit from loan discounts for properties capable of realizing a 15% reduction in water or energy savings.
